Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, Bejewel UK will work to rectify the issue. Refunds are only offered where the jewellery is at fault due to the unique nature of each job. Please note that every fingerprint is different, some are very faint and there is nothing we can do to alter that. In the event of a faint print, Bejewel UK will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed. After this time, refunds will be unlikely.

Delivery of your order
Orders received by post, will be returned to you if you ordered an order pack from the Bejewel UK website. If you ordered via a funeral director, your finished jewellery will be returned to them for your collection. You are also welcome to deliver your order in person to;

Please note that Bejewel UK cannot accept responsibility for your loved one’s fingerprint cast or ashes until they have been received at the above address. The courier / postal service is responsible for any loss and any queries must be taken up with them.
The Ashes
Your loved ones cast or / and ashes are kept safe, individually labelled with the order details, customer details and deceased details whilst on Bejewel UK premises. So, you can rest assure no mix up is possible. The jewellery is made in-house and never transferred to any other workshop or organisation.
Engraving
Writing should be up to 10 characters. It is hand-written, not engraved, so if you would like a special inscription, the back of the piece should be left blank for you to take to a professional engraver.
Payment
Payment is made at time of order. Klarna monthly instalment payments are accepted on the website. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted over the telephone or in person at Bejewel UK's premises.
Delivery of your order
Upon receipt of your order, Bejewel UK will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, the order details and expected delivery date. The expected delivery date is a guide only and the actual delivery date may vary. Completed orders are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked & Signed for service, which is covered by the £15 cost of the order pack. Any delivery queries should be reported to Royal Mail.​
Feedback and Complaints
Bejewel UK welcome's both positive and negative feedback from customers as it facilitates an improved service. Complaints about any part of the service, by phone, email or letter, will be dealt with promptly.
Guarantee
Bejewel will repair or remake your item there is a manufacturing or material defect. This does not cover loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Chains are not covered under this guarantee. Repairs to items made by a third party will void the guarantee whether or not damage has been caused by such repair or attempted repair.
