Bejewel UK has enjoyed the privilege of working together with many local funeral services and hospices for nearly 20 years. Order packs
Bejewel UK also offers an order pack service. These work well for branches further afield that wish to offer their customers true fingerprint and handmade memorial jewellery. The pack contains everything needed to collect ashes, hair, fingerprint casts from the deceased. Please note - Bejewel UK jewellery is not the usual lasered option. It is made from a quick, simple and mess free casting process. The packs are returned to Bejewel UK via freepost and there is no cost to the funeral directors themselves. Customers are charged a nominal service casting fee at the time of ordering which covers the return of completed jewellery to the branch. Casts remain property of Bejewel UK; the casting fee is a service charge only. Customers may purchase the cast itself direct from Bejewel UK.

Payment
The cost of casting and subsequent jewellery is added to the customers’ funeral bill; however, some customers will wish to pay for this service separately. In this instance, payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, Klarna payment schemes are only available to website orders. All orders made direct through the branch will be subject to trade discount. You simply charge your customer the full RRP as shown on the brochure or website. Upon receipt of the order pack, Bejewel UK will invoice your branch less the agreed trade percentage. Trade percentage does not apply to the nominal casting fee added on to the order pack.

Receiving the order
Jewellery will be returned to the funeral directors via special delivery approximately 2 weeks from the order pack being received by Bejewel UK for customer collection. Any unused ashes are returned to the customer with their completed order.

Problem solving
In the rare event of customer dissatisfaction, Bejewel UK will work directly with the customer to fix the issue. Funeral directors are not responsible for mediation or any complaints procedure and customers must contact Bejewel UK for a resolution.
